S.R.L.” and in all its ground, policies, shares and rights, concessions and/or administrative authorizations.

In the end, may You note that, as result of the processing of merger, invoices and any kind of document with date of emission/delivery after 1^st January 2021 must be made out to “MET-UTIM GROUP SRL”.
