Dear Customers and Suppliers,
may you note that with notorial deed of 16^th November 2020 it took place the merger by incorporation of the company “UTENSILERIA TECNICA ITALIANA MILANO – U.T.I.M. S.R.L.” into the company “M.E.T. S.R.L.” which assumed the name of:

“MET-UTIM GROUP SRL”
with registered office in Viale Zanotti n. 71, 27027 Gropello Cairoli (PV)

Therefor from 1^st January 2021 the merger company “MET-UTIM GROUP SRL” takes over automatically every legal relationships of the acquired company “UTENSILERIA TECNICA ITALIANA MILANO – U.T.I.M. S.R.L.” and in all its ground, policies, shares and rights, concessions and/or administrative authorizations.

In the end, may You note that, as result of the processing of merger, invoices and any kind of document with date of emission/delivery after 1^st January 2021 must be made out to “MET-UTIM GROUP SRL”.
